Registration
MAPA Registration will open at noon on November 1st and remain open until each event deadline occurs. Registration for regular Season Events closes three (3) weeks before the date of the event, and registration for Championships closes on March 1.
MAPA does not charge membership fees in order to participate in our events. Each event is paid for a la carte.
Our entry fees are as follows:
Regular Season - $250 per event
Non-Judged Exhibition - $50 per event
Judged Exhibition - $125 per event (does not include critique)
Championships - $450
If paying by credit card, there will be an added Stripe processing fee (2.9% + .30).
Exhibition performances will be accepted at Regular Season Events only. Please email operations@performmapa.org to register for an exhibition.
Participating Ensembles must attend two (2) regular season events in order to qualify for Championships.
At the time of registration ONLY, ensembles will be able to purchase extra staff wristbands for the season, up to ten (10) extra. The cost will be $20 per extra staff wristband and must be paid at the time of registration. These extra wristbands will be included in each event packet as well as Championships.
No registrations will be considered final until payment is received in full. All payments must be received on or before January 15. Any payment received after January 15 will cause an ensemble's registration to be considered late. All ensembles that register late must submit payment via CompetitionSuite; checks will not be accepted.
The time of registration will determine the performance order of each classification: Registrations will be grouped by the date of registration and then randomized within each date.
There will be no refunds of any kind.
